1. Terms of Service

By using NeonGlow Studio services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these store policies. Please read them carefully before booking any services or making purchases.

2. Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years or older to use our tanning services. Valid photo identification may be required to verify age. Parental consent does not waive this requirement.

3. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person
  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling
  • First-time clients may be required to complete a consultation form

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount
  • Repeat no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings
  • We understand emergencies happen - please contact us to discuss your situation

5. Payment Policy

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
  • Payment is required at the time of service
  • Package deals and memberships must be paid in full upfront unless otherwise arranged
  • Gift certificates must be presented at time of service
  • All prices are subject to change without notice

6. Refund Policy

  • Package deals and memberships are non-refundable
  • Refunds for individual services will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Product returns must be made within 14 days with original receipt and unopened packaging
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

7. Package and Membership Terms

  • Packages are valid for the specified duration from date of purchase
  • Extensions may be granted for medical or extenuating circumstances with documentation
  • Packages are non-transferable between individuals
  • Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice
  • Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified

8. Health and Safety

  • Clients must complete a health questionnaire before first service
  • Inform staff of any medications, skin conditions, or health concerns
  • Follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines
  • Protective eyewear must be worn during UV tanning sessions
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe

9. Liability

NeonGlow Studio is not responsible for:

  • Results that don't meet client expectations when instructions were followed
  • Adverse reactions when health information was not disclosed
  • Personal belongings left on the premises
  • Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines

10. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe and respectful environment. Clients who exhibit:

  • Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other clients
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Damage to property
  • Violation of salon rules

...will be asked to leave immediately and may be banned from future services.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All client information is kept confidential.

12. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website and in our salon. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
